Al Forsan International Sports Resort (Al Forsan) is a world leading sports, fitness, leisure and entertainment destination, where people can enjoy world class facilities, programs and service. The Resort occupies a site of area 1.6 square kilometers and offers a mix of sports activities, restaurants and club facilities, along with leading programs and services. Opened in September 2010, Al Forsan remains an International benchmark, and this is amplified by our Vision to continually improving and upgrading our facilities.
Al Forsan is strategically located in Khalifa City, the heart of the Abu Dhabi 2030 Plan and just 10 minutes away from the Abu Dhabi International Airport and the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center. With world class facilities that include a CIK 1.2 Km Karting FIA approved track, 1 Km of road track, 3.9 Km cycling & jogging track, the highest and fastest wakeboarding cable parks with two lakes, paintball arenas (indoor and outdoor), FIFA football pitches, FEI and BHS accredited Equestrian Centre with 165 air-conditioned stables, polo field, various event, ballroom and conference facilities (indoor and outdoor), Italian and Japanese restaurants, gymnasiums and swimming pool. In addition, there are a variety of state-of-the-art shooting ranges and archery. The Resort also has a 400 bedroom deluxe 5* Hotel managed by Marriott hotels, which makes this - the ultimate destination for sports enthusiasts, first timers and / or seasoned professionals.
With many facilities, the Resort can host and cater for corporate bookings / Event for groups ranging from 10-15,000 people. Such events include conferences, team building events, family fun days, banquets, gala events, weddings, birthdays etc.
To ensure that all sports operated safely and efficiently, there are approximately 300 staffs, which are divided into three operational areas β sports, food & beverage and support.
